In the spirit of writing my first blog post, i’d like to introduce myself. There isn’t anything about me that is too interesting other then that I like to learn things, and I like to learn them fast. I’m not your typical straight A student, nor am I the best at anything that I do. The only thing that makes me stand out is how hard I try at everything I do. I believe that anything that can be inherited, can be manifested. What I mean by this is that you don’t need to be good at something to start off with. The only thing that you can control is the level of intensity you put into your craft. You can apply this to anything in life (small plug in for creating an algorithm). Think about where you were back when you first tried something. Compare that to now. It took you hours of developing and making sure that each day you wake up, you learn something new. Something different.
Having this attitude of wanting to improve on the previous day is an inherited trait, even being evolutionary. There is nothing in life where you are worse then what you did previous. The only trajectory for success if forward. Each day you wake up is a better version of your previous self. Your hair is longer, your body changes, you get stronger. These are all elements of taking in the previous day and adding something to it. You will always be the best version of yourself, no matter the context. The fact that you are living is in indication that you survived the rigors of whatever life threw at you yesterday. What makes you who you are is a collection of the experiences you been through to the perfect version of yourself now.
This blog is for everybody, not just the computer programmers. The main point of programming is being able to take anything and apply it to everything. Algorithms are being able to take in something inherited (nature) and being able to apply that to everyday situations. You don’t need to be the greatest at something to be considered the greatest at, it. The face of the matter is that characteristics are traits that retain over time (time being a constant).
Who are you are is you who you will become. You and only you can change the trajectory of your life. Are you making the right decision? Who knows, maybe you are. Only time will tell. The only thing you can do is make sure that whatever it is that you’re doing now, will either be the last chapter of your phase currently, or the index of the path you are going to pursue.
